Dark Matter from Eternity
/ Franciolini, G. (U. Padua (main) ; INFN, Padua ; CERN) ; Peloso, M. (U. Padua (main) ; INFN, Padua) ; Riotto, A. (U. Geneva (main))
We propose that the totality of dark matter in the universe might ascribe its origin to one of the key properties of cosmological inflation, that it may be eternal: regions that at the end of the primordial accelerated expansion of the universe never reheated, but keep eternally inflating, manifest themselves as primordial black holes in our observable universe. Top physics in ATLAS and CMS
/ Burgard, Carsten (Hamburg U.)
/ATLAS and CMS Collaborations
Top-quark physics at the Large Hadron Collider has entered a precision era, enabled by the full Run 2 data set and the first results from Run 3. The large production cross section of top quarks allows for a diverse experimental program ranging from precision measurements of Standard Model parameters to searches for rare processes and indirect probes of physics beyond the Standard Model.
