First observation of the $\bar{B}_{s}^0 \to \Lambda_c^+ \bar{\Lambda}_c^-$ decay and evidence for the $\bar{B}^0 \to \Lambda_c^+ \bar{\Lambda}_c^-$ decay / LHCb Collaboration
