Bose-Einstien correlations at LHCb
/ Kucharczyk, Marcin (Polish Academy of Sciences (PL))
/LHCb Collaboration
LHCb detector, considered as a general purpose detector in the forward rapidity region (2 < $\eta$ < 5), has a potential to investigate the quantum interference
effects at large rapidities and low transverse momenta. The results on the Bose-Einstein correlations of same-sign charged pions are summarized, being measured in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s}$ = 7 TeV centre-of-mass energy and proton-lead collisions at a nucleon-nucleon centre-of-mass energy of $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV. Bose-Einstein correlations in small collision systems at LHCb
/ Kucharczyk, Marcin (Polish Academy of Sciences (PL))
The LHCb detector, recognized as a general-purpose detector in the forward rapidity region (2 < η < 5) is capable of exploring quantum in- terference effects at high rapidities and low transverse momenta. This summary presents measurements of Bose–Einstein correlations of the same- sign charged pions studied in proton–proton collisions at √s = 7 TeV and proton–lead collisions at √sN N = 5.02 TeV, marking the first such measure- ments in the forward region at LHC energies. Study of charmonium decays to $K^0_{\rm S} K \pi$ in the $B \to (K^0_{\rm S} K \pi) K$ channels
/ Palano, Antimo (Universita e INFN, Bari (IT))
A study of the $B^+ \to K^0_{\rm S} K^+ K^- \pi^+ $ and $B^+ \to K^0_{\rm S} K^+ K^+ \pi^-$ decays is performed using proton-proton collisions at center-of-mass energies of 7, 8 and 13 TeV at the LHCb experiment. The $K^0_{\rm S} K^\pm \pi^\mp$ invariant mass spectra from both decay modes reveal a rich content of charmonium resonances, such as $\eta_c$, $J/\psi$, $\eta_c(2S)$ and $\chi_{c1}$. [...]

Expanding Physics Reach with Unused Tracks in LHCb
/ Sanderswood, Izaac (Univ. of Valencia and CSIC (ES))
The physics reach of the LHCb detector can be extended by reconstructing particles with a long lifetime that decay in the magnet region, using only tracks from downstream of the dipole magnet. This allows for electromagnetic dipole moment measurements, and increases the reach of undiscovered long-lived particle searches. [...]
