The measurements of J/$\psi$ production in Pb-Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV with ALICE / Lu, Pengzhong (Hefei, CUST ; Darmstadt, EMMI) /ALICE Collaboration
In these proceedings, the latest charmonium measurements carried out by the ALICE collaboration at midrapidity and forward rapidity in Pb\textendash Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV, are presented. These include the recently published inclusive J/$\psi$ yield and nuclear modification factor ($R_{\rm AA}$) at midrapidity and forward rapidity, as well as preliminary measurements of prompt and non-prompt J/$\psi$ $R_{\rm AA}$ at midrapidity. Looking for collective origin of strangeness enhancement in small collision systems with ALICE at the LHC / Ahuja, Ishaan (Unlisted, SK) /ALICE Collaboration
The main goal of the ALICE experiment is to study the physics of strongly interacting matter, including the properties of the quark$-$gluon plasma (QGP). The increase in relative production of strange hadrons with respect to non-strange hadrons as a function of multiplicity is historically considered as one of the signatures of QGP formation during the evolution of the system created in heavy-ion collisions. [...]

Exploring QGP signature in small system: Insights from ALICE in p–Pb and pp collisions / Patra, Rajendra Nath (INFN, Bari ; Jammu U.) /ALICE Collaboration
The formation of quark-gluon plasma (QGP) has been confirmed in ultra-relativistic heavy-ion (i.e. Pb-Pb) collisions. [...]

Physics programme of ALICE 3: A next-generation heavy-ion detector for LHC Run 5 and beyond / Nicassio, Nicola (INFN, Bari ; Bari U.) /ALICE Collaboration
The ALICE Collaboration is designing a completely new apparatus, ALICE 3, for the LHC Runs 5 and 6. The detector comprises a large pixel-based tracking system covering eight units of pseudorapidity, complemented by various particle identification systems including silicon time-of-flight layers, a ring-imaging Cherenkov detector, a muon identification system, an electromagnetic calorimeter and a forward conversion tracker. Heavy-flavour production as a function of event activity in pp collisions with the ALICE experiment / Gyulai, László (Budapest, Tech. U. ; Wigner RCP, Budapest) /ALICE Collaboration
Due to their large masses, the production of heavy-flavour quarks can be computed perturbatively, thus providing a powerful tool to test the corresponding QCD calculations. Additionally, measurements of heavy-flavour hadrons are useful to reveal the details of heavy-quark fragmentation in pp collisions at LHC energies. [...]

New measurements of inclusive jet suppression and jet ν2 in Pb–Pb collisions at $\sqrt{s_{NN}}$ = 5.02 TeV with ALICE / Grünwald, Nadine Alice (Heidelberg U.) /ALICE Collaboration
We report measurements of the inclusive charged-particle jet yield in central Pb–Pb collisions at √SNN = 5.02 TeV. Uncorrelated background is suppressed by a novel mixed-event technique, enabling extension of the jet RAA measurement down to pT = 13.5 GeV/c, with kinematic overlap with RHIC jet measurements. [...]

Assessing the QGP speed of sound in ultra-central heavy-ion collisions with ALICE / Rueda, Omar Vazquez (Houston U. ; Valencia U., IFIC) /ALICE Collaboration
Ultrarelativistic heavy-ion collisions produce a state of hot, dense, strongly interacting QCD matter known as quark-gluon plasma (QGP). On an event-by-event basis, the volume of the QGP in ultra-central collisions is mostly constant, while its total entropy can vary significantly, leading to variations in the temperature of the system. ALICE Highlights / Arsene, Ionut Cristian (Oslo U.) /ALICE Collaboration
A summary including highlights of recent ALICE results, the status of the data taking in LHC Run 3 and of the ALICE detector upgrades is shown. The physics results are obtained mainly using the data recorded in pp, p–Pb and Pb–Pb during the LHC Run 2, but a set of results obtained in pp collisions with the Run 3 data is also discussed..

ALICE Forward Calorimeter (FoCal): Physics program and performance / Jonas, Florian (LBL, Berkeley ; UC, Berkeley) /ALICE Collaboration
This contribution outlines the physics program and performance of the Forward Calorimeter (FoCal), which is a planned new detector subsystem for the ALICE experiment in Run 4. The forward pseudorapidity coverage of 3.2 < η < 5.8 allows to study the gluon density in hadronic matter down to x ∼ 10−6 and enables the search for gluon saturation at the LHC..

Measurements of (anti)(hyper)nuclei with ALICE / Vorobyev, Ivan (CERN) /ALICE Collaboration
The investigation of the production mechanism of light (anti)(hyper)nuclei in ultrarelativistic hadronic collisions is one of the main topics in modern nuclear physics. The ALICE Collaboration has significantly contributed to this specific field of research with systematic measurements of the production of (anti)(hyper)nuclei in different collision systems and centre-ofmass energies provided by the Large Hadron Collider.
